Tell us what’s been happening.
Where it hurts, when it started, what makes it worse, and what normal activities feel different now.
First visit
You’re hurting and you want to understand what happens first: the exam, x-rays, what we look for, and how we explain the next step.
The real question
Most people don’t request a visit because they know the exact service they need. They request a visit because pain, stiffness, headaches, or injury symptoms are interrupting normal life and they want us to explain what’s happening.
That’s what the first visit is for. We listen, examine, take x-rays, and walk you through what we find before we talk about care.
What happens first
Where it hurts, when it started, what makes it worse, and what normal activities feel different now.
Movement, posture, orthopedic tests, chiropractic findings, soft tissue tension, and the areas that seem involved.
X-rays help us see what we’re working with before care starts, especially when pain, injury, posture, or spine mechanics are part of the picture.
We explain the findings in plain language, then talk through the care options that match your exam.
Why x-rays matter
X-rays are part of the first-visit system at True Health. They help us look at alignment, posture, joint spacing, and other findings that can affect your care plan.
The point isn’t to overwhelm you with medical language. It’s to make our explanation easier to understand.
What we’re looking for
Neck, back, shoulder, hip, ribs, extremities, or other areas that feel stiff, painful, or restricted.
Driving, sleeping, lifting, sitting, work, exercise, or the normal routines that have started feeling harder.
Chiropractic care, massage therapy, injury care, home guidance, follow-up care, or a referral if that’s the better call.

Choose a clinic, pick the windows that usually work, and leave your phone number. This doesn’t book instantly; we’ll confirm the exact appointment with you.
